When you contact us, request a quote, book a discovery call, or sign a contract, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and project details such as scope of work, budget, and timeline.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information only to communicate with you, prepare quotes and contracts, manage your project, and deliver the services you've requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Store Your Information

Project, contract, and discovery call information is stored securely using Supabase. Email communications related to your project are sent through Resend.

Project files are delivered once via Google Drive or another secure delivery method. Delivery access remains available for 14 days from the date of delivery, after which access may be removed. We maintain archived backups of completed projects as a courtesy; if a backup is available, archival retrieval and re-delivery is available for $200 per request, consistent with our service contract.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Square or Zelle. We do not collect or store your credit card or banking information directly — those details are handled by Square and Zelle's own secure systems.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services — including Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, and Square — to operate our business and deliver our services. These providers may process your information solely to help us do that, and are responsible for their own security and privacy practices.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website does not use third-party advertising trackers. If we begin using analytics or cookies in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.

Data Retention

We retain signed contracts and project records as part of standard business recordkeeping. Discovery call notes and project details are retained only as long as needed to provide our services, in line with the terms outlined in our service contract.

Your Rights

You may request that we delete your personal information at any time by contacting us directly, except where we are required to retain records for legal, contractual, or accounting purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
